Aqueous, fine disperse and hydroxyl functional polymer dispersion (surfactant type) without plasticizers and protective colloids (AP EO-free).
To be crosslinked with polyisocyanates, blocked isocyanates and melamine resins. Crosslinked films are very hydrophobic and extremely chemical resistant.
