Honoured by Ranga Yogeshwar: Alberdingk Boley is most innovative

The success starts through the most innovative company's spirit: Alberdingk Boley has been honoured with the TOP 100-Award. This special honour has been given to us by the famous science journalist Ranga Yogeshwar, who is mentor of TOP 100.

Before getting the prize, there was a challenging selection process in two steps. The study was focused on successfull innovation management in enterprises. 'The Top 100 companies are extremely good in translating their ideas into market successes, a hurdle at which many other companies fall. Strong team spirit and efficient processes enable the leading innovators to overcome this challenge, and they often also involve customers and external partners at an early stage of development,' explains Professor Dr. Nikolaus Franke of the Institute of Entrepeneurship and Innovation of the Vienna University of Economics and Business who is leading the project. The focus of his research is on entrepreneurship, innovative management and marketing. Prof. Franke is one of the world’s leading experts in the field of user innovation.

More than the half of their daily time the management invests in innovations at Alberdingk Boley. This shows how important effective processes and creative product solutions are for the company. This fact and the quick transfer of good ideas into practise has been convincing to the jury of TOP 100. 'For more than 187 years, Alberdingk Boley has been successfull in the market. Our environmentally friendly binders refine, refurbish, bind and protect surfaces. As an independent and globally operating middle-sized enterprise, Alberdingk Boley is keen not only in being a partner for our customers, but also to find innovative product solutions. To maintain the leadership in the branch, the company invests a lot of time and efforts in innovation manangement. "A high appreciation of our employees is fixed in our company's mission.
