ALBERDINGK® Castor Oil Polymerized 1 VP (COP 1)
Polymerized castor oil won from Castor oil by oxidation with atmospheric oxygen in heat.
It is used - like castor oil - as a polyol component in polyurethane systems. In PU resins it leads to a higher hydrolysis resistance (loss of hardness) compared to Castor oil.
