An example for diversity

We're setting an example for diversity!

We've signed the Diversity Charter – and we're really proud of it! For us, this means: Everyone is welcome here, regardless of age, gender, origin, religion, or who they love. Diversity makes our team stronger, more creative, and simply better.

Why is this important to us?
Because we believe that different perspectives and experiences help us grow as a company. Everyone should feel comfortable with us and have equal opportunities – without any prejudice.

What does this mean specifically?
We want to create a working environment where respect, openness, and appreciation are a given. This also includes regularly addressing the topic of diversity and continually asking ourselves: What can we do better?
