Anniversaries and young talents
We rely on the power combination of experienced experts and young starters. As of today, we at Alberdingk Boley are seeing an incredible number of employees with reason to celebrate:
- with more than 40 years of service: 9 employees are happy about their anniversary
- with more than 25 years of service: 90 employees had their “silver”
- with more than 10 years of service: 99 employees have been with us for more than a decade
On average, across all employees, we have been with the company for 15 years. Alberdingk Boley is a globally active company. No wonder that we are internationally positioned! At least, at our German locations, our colleagues come from 15 nations. On average, each of us speaks at least three different languages. The most important thing for us: communication at eye level with customers, suppliers and other interested parties. The main thing is that we understand each other!
