Together for diversity, respect and courage

We are delighted to be entering into a new partnership with the Albert Einstein Gymnasium in Duisburg, supporting the school as part of the ‘School without Racism – School with Courage’ initiative. The official award ceremony on 21 September 2026 was a special occasion for us and, at the same time, the starting point for a partnership that we intend to actively bring to life. We were particularly pleased that the Lord Mayor of Duisburg, Sören Link, was also present at the ceremony to mark this special occasion. Special thanks go to Ms Sandten and Mr Rabstein from AEG Duisburg for their open dialogue and support in launching this partnership. Why are we, as a company, committed to this cause? Because we are convinced that respect, diversity and mutual appreciation do not only play a role in working life. They begin as early as school – where young people are introduced to different experiences, cultures and perspectives. As a company, we want to take responsibility and make our contribution. For us, this is not about a one-off initiative, but about a long-term partnership with the Albert Einstein Gymnasium and its pupils. We want to share our experiences from the world of work, encourage dialogue and develop joint projects that demonstrate that diversity is a strength and that every person deserves respect and the opportunity to contribute their own strengths.
